Victim Satisfaction and Experience Reporting

We work independently to capture victim feedback and translate it into practical improvements for policing and victim services.

Our Mission

We are an independent charity that gathers feedback from victims of crime to help improve police services.

A close-up of a carefully arranged set of anonymous survey materials on a matte white table: a thick, unbranded envelope, a multi-page questionnaire with tidy black-and-grey typography, and a plain, sealed return envelope labeled “confidential” in understated blue lettering. A glass of water and a small, simple desk plant in a white ceramic pot sit further back, adding softness. Diffused overcast light from above creates even, shadow-free illumination, emphasizing privacy and neutrality. Shot from a slightly elevated angle with sharp focus throughout, in a clean, photographic realism style that feels calm, respectful, and professional, highlighting the seriousness and care given to victim satisfaction surveys.
A large pinboard covered in neatly arranged printed charts and graphs about victim experiences, each page held by simple silver pins. The charts show bar graphs, line graphs, and carefully highlighted key findings in soft blues and greys, with a single yellow note card drawing attention to “action points.” The pinboard sits on a quiet wall in a minimalist office with pale grey paint. Soft, directional morning light from the right brushes across the papers, creating gentle shadows at their edges. Captured straight-on with sharp focus and balanced composition, this photographic image conveys structured analysis, independence, and a methodical approach to improving policing and victim services.
A conference table made of smooth, light wood, covered in neatly spread printed reports about crime reporting experiences, anonymised case summaries, and color-coded satisfaction charts in muted blues and greens. In the center stands a small, unbranded digital voice recorder and a closed folder labeled “Independent Findings” in discrete lettering. In the background, out of focus, a whiteboard with simple diagrams and arrows connecting “victims,” “police,” and “support services” adds context. Warm overhead office lighting combines with soft window light to create balanced, natural illumination. Photographed from a slightly elevated, three-quarter angle with medium depth of field, the scene feels professional, transparent, and dedicated to turning survey results into practical improvements.

Our Services

Victim Surveys

Independent victim satisfaction surveys listening to victims to improve policing and services.

Improvements

We collect and analyse feedback from people who have reported crime to inform police forces and crime commissioners of recommendations and improvements.

A close-up of a secure, locked metal filing cabinet drawer partially open, revealing rows of plain manila folders labeled with neutral, non-identifying codes and dates, representing anonymised victim survey records. Each tab is neatly printed, and a small sticker reading “independent charity – confidential” appears on the front of one folder. The cabinet is set against a muted, softly textured wall in a professional office. Gentle, cool-toned overhead lighting creates soft reflections on the brushed metal surface and subtle shadows between the folders. Shot at a low, side angle with a shallow depth of field, the foreground folder is in crisp focus while the others blur into the background. The photographic realism emphasizes security, discretion, and careful handling of sensitive information.
